@agonzalez_NZ Hey! I finished my PhD at 51 I didn’t start until I was 46, long after my 30s. You’ll bring so much experience and knowledge to share with others and the younger students will share with you it’s a win-win. Go for it and recognize that you bring valuable skills to the table!
