@flysaa_care I have emailed twice and received an automated message both times. What do you suggest now?

[Sue Mondry @susanmondry]

@flysaa_care Still no response. #fedup

[Sue Mondry @susanmondry]

@flysaa_care @flysaa It would be nice to get a reply to my request for a refund due to the pandemic that is not an automated message.

[Sue Mondry @susanmondry]

@flysaa_care Thanks for the info. Do you anticipate flights being added by the March expiration date? How does it work? We don’t want to take a refund and then have to pay a flight that costs much more. Thanks

[Sue Mondry @susanmondry]

@flysaa_care Our original flight was round trip from New York -USA. I don’t see any flights to/from U.S.??

[Sue Mondry @susanmondry]

@flysaa_care Is it at all possible to book by that date but travel in April?

[Sue Mondry @susanmondry]

@flysaa_care If I am reading the flow chart correctly, we would have had to use this by last month? I hope that isn’t the case! Do we need to book and use by March of 2023?

[Sue Mondry @susanmondry]

@Ms_Maura_Brink Me too! 😩

@SPPS_Richardson Must be his great coach! This brought back memories of years ago when I reffed those Saturday morning games. “Oh honey, you have to dribble when you want to move with the ball.”

When my dad was alive, he took many trips to other countries to oversee elections to ensure that they were fair and democratic. Trying to imagine his perspective on today’s events.
