@VectareEastMids I totally get the weather is out of your control but I was with my friend and her 2 young children in Nottingham waiting for the 17.20 to Newark & there was absolutely no information at the bus station that services were delayed/cancelled. We ended up having to get the train.

@eon_next And after telling @eon_next again this evening that they have told me multiple times to reset the ihd and it makes no difference, guess what they've sent me again...? Yes, that's right...the instructions to reset the ihd 🤦🏻‍♀️ Customer service is hopeless.
