I will NEVER give a penny of my money to @CrazyBearGroup again. After TWO YEARS of trying to rebook our stay for my wife’s 40th birthday, their constant not replying to requests to rebook until after the dates have passed. They’ve now said I’ve missed the deadline for rebooking.
