There are US military personnel already having direct contact with Galactic Federation.

@cheriofhilarion 4. I didn’t consciously call out for a dark night of the Soul, in fact, I barely knew what it was. One of my sons told me it sounded like a modern day meeting with a psychologist who was trying to help a patient with PTSD (not sure of initials).
