Faced real bad and pathetic experience with @KotakMF. Bad customer executives, full or errors website. Was trying to invest in a Mutual Fund, transferred the money via NEFT, and while submitting data to website an error appeared which even a executive was not aware.

@KotakMF @KotakMF Please educate your support staff that they are talk to a person whose money are involved in some kind of transaction. "Ho Jayega", "Mein kya karu", "app bhej do" attitude won't work.
