One wrong turn, and the dream of buying a brand new car turned into a ₹25,000 nightmare.

A guy booked a home test drive for the new Kia Seltos before making his purchase.

But just moments after leaving his house,

he misjudged the very first turn and the car lightly scraped against a wall.

The scratch was not major

But what happened next shocked him even more.

According to him, the dealership said

"Either book the car,
or pay ₹25,000 for the damage."

The guy argued that test drive vehicles with red registration plates are supposed to be covered by the dealership's insurance,

so the repair cost should not fall entirely on the customer.

However, the showroom reportedly denied this claim.

Now here's the big question

Is it fair for a dealership

to ask a customer to pay the full repair cost for a minor accident during a test drive ?

If you were in his place,

would you pay the ₹25,000,

go ahead and buy the car,

or first find out what your legal rights are ?

सिर पर डंडे बरसाए और शरीर में बिजली का करंट लगा दिया।

फतेहपुर में हलवाई संजीव तिवारी काम से घर लौटे थे। आरोप है कि पत्नी रन्नो देवी ने पहले उन पर डंडे से हमला किया, फिर चारपाई से बांधकर लगातार पीटा।

सिर पर डंडे मारे गए। शरीर पर बिजली का तार लपेटकर करंट लगाया गया।

शोर सुनकर परिजन पहुंचे तो संजीव चारपाई पर बंधे तड़प रहे थे। हालत इतनी गंभीर थी कि अस्पताल से कानपुर रेफर करना पड़ा।

अब सवाल सीधा है —
क्या पति की पीड़ा तब तक खबर नहीं बनती, जब तक वह लाश न बन जाए?

In 2024, E19 was made available ( as told by some journalists), why wasn't it announced to consumers at all.

Why is it being told in 2026. After 2 years.

So if currently they are selling E25 or E30
.. we wouldn't even know.

Now E20 all India was achieved in March 2025... So they wouldn't be lying still since a year.
They achieved E20 5 years before schedule.

So no chance that they are sitting idle from last one year.
Petrol pumps have above E20 in all probabilities.
