@ankithink @Ramakrishn73742 @chetakofficial It's a pain if the battery has to be replaced. I am still waiting for my scooter which is yet to get a battery swap and it's almost 20 days now. The worst part is Dealership has not given me a replacement scooter too.

@chetakofficial @ankithink I have already sent a couple of emails and awaiting response. Today mrng I got called from my service center saying the battery needs to be replaced and it's going to take 20 days, I asked for a backup scooter and they say that is also not possible.

@Himanshu_POCO I just went to one of your authorized service center as my poco x3 pro is not turning on after the latest software update. I am told that it is going to take 2 months to get the motherboard replaced and they already have close to 25 phones ahead of me with the same issue.

@__aishuuu @Flipkart @flipkartsupport Nope, I didn't get any update about the order until today evening. At last I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund, they are unable to trace an order that is lying in the hub for over 6 days now. Wasted my whole week following up (sigh)

@FlipkartStories @Flipkart @amazonIN @Flipkart if you can't deliver the order on the committed date why don't you give the option of cancellation to the customers. I just called the customer care and they say I can't cancel the order all I can do is reject it during delivery (sigh) again.

@FlipkartStories @Flipkart And the worst part is that the order has been lying at the nearest hub for the past 4 days with no updates (sigh). On @amazonIN I typically get a same day delivery for most products whereas @Flipkart is struggling for 4 days to deliver a product from the nearest hub :D
