Unsatisfactory service on Tata-Berhampur Vande Bharat Express! As a frequent traveler, I've NEVER seen this train reach BBS on time. What is the point of paying a premium for Vande Bharat if punctuality isn't maintained? Requesting @RailMinIndia @EastCoastRail to look into this.

I have boarded my train (12801)from Puri Station & this is the bedroll I have received.
Do you think this is the standard of Hygiene someone should get during their travel?
Shown the same to coach attendant .
He seems helpless.
