Events in J&K seems to be heating up. Exams for recruitment scheduled for March 16th has caught the State in a bind. The Governor has to hold the exams for recruitment but a Single Judge Bench had stayed it. But Division Bench on 10/3 fixed 16th. That is too short a Notice?
