The #scrappage incentive would have been more beneficial for the end user if the incentivisation was like income tax slabs. Older the vehicle gains a bigger incentive % to scrap and so forth. 20k on new seems too meagre. Is there a Govt rebate too? #Auto#incentivisation#policy
@airtelindia#WiFi goes kaput for 3 days n I raise a complaint on the @Airtel_Presence app. Complaint is registered, technician calls but he doesn’t turn up! Now w/o WiFi I’m not able to raise another complaint. What lightening speed does @airtelnews talk about!? Pathetic!!!
@airindia Sure, there can be tech problems but doesn’t mean pax should be kept languishing in the aircraft without aircon especially in this heatwave. Now I hear it’s taking off at 2200 (hopefully). Way too much delay! And BLR airport is too far out. Decisions should be taken faster.
@airindia AI 641 to #BLR was supposed to take off at 1850. Pax boarded at 1745 but due to aircon issues flight had not taken off till 15 mins ago. Pax were not even deplaned n shifted 2 another aircraft. No rescheduling either! More than an hr w/o AC in place. What’s happening?
Went to @Maruti_Corp & @TataMotors showrooms to test drive cars. Planning to buy a second car. Chalk and cheese experience in both showrooms. Big difference in products too. I am a customer, about to buy so this is my real time experience. Read on… #CustomerExperience
@Maruti_Corp your products might be best selling but your salesmen need training on customer treatment. I wont be going for any of your cars. Product wise @TataMotors cars were impressive, very spacious, sturdy and had a decent feature list. Clincher was the nice salesman.
@NexaExperience - salesman attitude was as if he was selling a #Minicooper 😄 Didn’t have a test drive car. Showed us a customer #Fronx due for delivery for Gudi Padva - the car was filthy and delivery was 2morrow. I walked out. #CustomerExperience
