Delhi Police personnel arrived at Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke's residence on Friday, hours before the organisation's proposed ‘Lehra Do Tiranga’ march at Connaught Place, amid heightened security and restrictions on public gatherings in the national capital. Dipke reads the notice for a very long time in fact he just sits there staring at it. Then he says I’ll show it to my lawyer, someone called the lawyer and after awhile told him to it. Then again he sat there staring and biting his nails, then starts telling the cop that yeh kya charges laga diye…I’m instigating violence, ek bhi video dikha do jisne violence bola ho. Abe dhakkan, violence bolne se hi nahin bahut tareeke hote hain. This lout was the tricolour wrapped on his shoulders and kept talking nonsense, then signs it.
