@IncomeTaxIndia , I recived an email for Response to confirm/Revise claim of refund for AY 2021-22, I supposed to submit the response, login to e-Filling portal >> Pending Action >> Response for Refund Confirmation. But there is no Response for Refund Confirmation in the prtal.
