@IncomeTaxIndia , @nsitharaman ,@nsitharamanoffc , @narendramodi - This is still the state of the income tax portal on August 4th, 22:45 pm when I am trying to check the status of the grievance filed. Please extend the itr filing deadline and allow filing using the old tax regime

@RAHULMO93227670 @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman These changes in filing this year are so badly implemented with very poor communication and with extremely buggy and flaky tooling. Complete lack of accountability just coz someone got a goal of increasing new tax regime adoption by X% this year.

@IncomeTaxIndia The Grievance #17907817 status has been "in progress" for 5 days now. Requesting allowing filing belated return under Old regime again as numerous citizens have been impacted by these sudden arbitrary changes. @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @narendramodi

The portal is still flaky and buggy when we try and check the status of grievance filed. Issued noticed just in last 12 hours - server not reachable while logging in, loading pop up in loop with no resolution etc..
