It is truly painful to drive on the road behind IFFCO Metro Station every morning from about 8:30 am to 9:30 am. The road is completely blocked by buses parked on both sides of the road.

Extremely disappointing experience. Voltas doesn't know if a complaint is resolved or not within the standard turn around time. Confirmed to me by an allegedly senior official of the call centre.
