Never had faith in Judiciary but still felt bad when Prabal Pratap snapped in the SC…calling judges judicial servants, abusing CJI & throwing papers at him. But then around the same time these gems dropped:
Delhi HC postpones Shraddha Walkar murder trial so Aaftab can write his MA Sociology exam from jail.
Kerala HC ignores cancer patient’s plea for life-saving drug 57 times…she dies unheard.

Justice is a sick joke in India. Judiciary serving killers & delaying dying patients deserves the rage. The system breeds anger. Frustration justified. Abuse justified. Anger justified.

1. Normalise calling judges as “Judicial Servants”. But also start addressing your local Sarpanch, MLA, MP & officials as “Mr. Public Servant” and order them.

2. Encouraging litigants to intimidate & abuse Judge can have dangerous consequences. Tomorrow the powerful will adopt this tactic & obtain illegal orders.

3. Supreme Court, thru its basic structure doctrine, is protecting citizens from executive tyranny & legislative excesses. Ask for reform in judiciary but don’t damage it.

4. Prabal Partap’s case did not involve excessive judicial delay. He filed an application for registration of an FIR this year (2026) itself. The magistrate’s court did not dismiss his application but converted it in to a complaint case, in accordance with settled law. Instead of filing a revision petition before the sessions court, he directly approached the High Court. HC dismissed his petition on the ground that an efficacious alternative remedy was available. He then approached the Supreme Court, created unnecessary commotion, and set a bad example.

हांलाकि सुनार का दावा है मेनें दुकान से मंगवाई और दुकानदार का दावा है पानी बोतलबंद था और देखते है अब @BisleriZone वाले क्या सफाई देते है.

हालांकि जाँच चल रही है जल्द सच्चाई सामने आयेंगी.. 👍

One innocent sip... and her entire world shattered in unimaginable agony.

Instead of refreshing water, the bottle was filled with deadly concentrated acid. Riya's screams of pure terror echoed through the shop as the corrosive poison burned through her throat, chest, and insides. Now she lies fighting for her life in the ICU, her body writhing in excruciating pain, battling between life and death. A bright young woman's future stolen in seconds by sheer negligence.

The CCTV footage is absolutely devastating watch her joyful moment turn into a living hell as she clutches her burning throat, eyes wide with shock and betrayal.

The shopkeeper insists the bottle was factory-sealed from the company. Police have arrested him.

Legal Update: This monstrous act of gross negligence can be charged as Culpable Homicide not amounting to Murder (Section 304 IPC) along with rash and negligent acts causing grievous hurt.

Cases will likely be filed against the shopkeeper, and investigations may extend to the supplier and distributor if any tampering or shocking lapse in safety is found.

How can something as basic as a water bottle become a weapon of destruction?

This is every parent's, every teacher's nightmare.

Riya deserves justice.

I do not endorse Prabal Pratap’s behaviour, but he must be heard. He must have been deeply frustrated. Institutions cannot harass a person, ignore his grievances, deny him timely justice for years, and then examine only his reaction as if nothing pushed him to that point.

I also agree with the statement that a judge is a servant of the citizen. In a democracy, citizens are supreme. Every institution, every judge, every bureaucrat and every public servant derives authority from the Constitution and exists to serve citizens, not to rule over them.

See my October 2025 letter to the Chief Commissioner. I deliberately addressed him as a “Public Servant.” The letter explains how a corrupt bureaucratic lobby, protected by institutional power, loots public resources, harasses those who question it and leaves millions of ordinary citizens struggling for justice.

The real crisis is this enormous imbalance of power: public servants can destroy livelihoods, harass citizens and delay justice for years, while making those responsible personally accountable is almost impossible.

This is how citizens are reduced from masters of a democracy to subjects of a feudal State.
