Added a new command /browse to view all items with optional tag filtering. Set tags to "any" for no filtering, and set page_number to start viewing from a specific page

Also revamped the bot to display results faster for all commands and improved the UI

@Feinex341899 Not rn, but the more rare items dont have as many items. I also have an item search bot which u can use to filter for one or multiple AQW wiki tags (ex rare, seasonal, armor, weapon, hair, cape).

Made a list of AQW items by rarity to check out items with interesting rarities to ioda for AQ Infinity.

Ex. Awesome, Legendary, Weird, Secret, Super Mega Ultra Rare Rarity etc.

Toggle pages at the bottom to see different rarities.

Use /search-shop to filter shops matching a specific phrase or tags. For example, shops that contain "black friday" or shops tagged with "frostval"
