That said, since the latest update, Grok’s voice mode has been generating entirely fabricated answers on multiple occasions. I’ve tried adding custom instructions to verify sources, but it hasn’t resolved the issue. At this point, I can’t trust its responses reliably and have to switch to expert mode every time to double-check facts. Has anyone else run into this, or is there a fix on the horizon?
