Also for career, having high skills are preferable for every artists

It is above that
It is also a medium to improve yourself completely by adapting it’s teachings like patience, expanding perspective, deep observation, going beyond with imagination, understanding, sensibility, common sense, etc.,

The world wants handmade portraits because it’s drawn by a human otherwise the printer exists from a long time if this differences wasn’t that important
And the best thing is that the human skills are exclusive which is valued more than a machine made art

Few also said that why would I look at your drawing and not a photograph when they are same,
Again not criticising their opinion but you need to understand that you are comparing the machine with human skills

Rather than looking for a motivation
Choose to be consistent to execute more

Motivation will always fluctuate
but the choice to be consistent will not

Motivation is driven by emotions
Consistency helps in controlling your emotions and makes you focus

And Practice is all about reducing the need of revisit attempts to achieve accuracy
