Technician Raju (8688578716) told he will come and replace the defective router.

Worst customer service by @reliancejio @JioCare . Ticket SR00001Y9UO1 was due for technician visit today at 12pm but no one came. When called, support team said technician visit was updated to 4th June... Does that make sense?
