The focus on syndication and ASIC control undermines options for small breeders. Question - why is RV etc not consulting with the people who provide the racehorses to keep the industry viable about alternatives. RV could oversee and compliance check- not ASIC.

@lisacoffey01 @YargiAmy Lack of transparency by RV on where the 2% goes a major issue. I was shocked to learn the amount paid barely covers agistment costs- nothing for the staff, retraining cost actually paid or covered - this needs to be explained. Never sustainable RV?🤨

Stop sacrificing horses for dollars and the misconceived notion that this can be managed without strict rules-greed and prestige should not trump welfare
