BREAKING: Republican House Speaker candidate Jim Jordan gets devastating news as multiple House Republicans threaten to skip the speaker vote that he’s trying to force — which will allow Hakeem Jeffries to win and become the House Speaker.

A Republican Congressman told a reporter, “What happens when Jordan forces us to the floor to try to pressure us and all of a sudden we don’t show up and Hakeem Jeffries is speaker cause he wanted to be a bully?”

Adding insult to injury for Jordan, several moderate Republicans told CBS news today that “they would oppose his candidacy,” leaving Jordan’s bid to be speaker in “grave doubt.”

This is brutal news for Jordan, because he can’t afford to lose just FIVE votes — whether they vote for someone else or they simply don’t show up to vote at all.

If that happens, which is now becoming a real possibility, Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries will become House Speaker Hakeem Jeffries — and today’s Republican majority will go down in history as the most embarrassing, dysfunctional majority in the history of the U.S. Congress.

BREAKING: Republican candidate Donald Trump gets destroyed by a devastating response from Forbes Magazine’s senior editor after Trump demanded an apology from the Forbes editor after Forbes booted Trump from its “400 List” of the wealthiest Americans.

It all started when Trump posted on Truth Social, “I hereby demand a full apology from the failing Forbes Magazine, and their third rate[sic] psycho writer, Dan Alexander, for the many false and libelous articles they have written about me, and for the cooperation they have given to the Racist and Incompetent A.G. of New York State, Peekaboo James.”

Unfortunately for Trump, Forbes editor Dan Alexander stood strong and gave Trump a blistering response, telling Trump, “Hey Donald Trump, if you want to point out a single false fact in any of the articles I’ve published about you — or in the book I wrote about you — feel free to do so. Adding insult to injury for Trump, Forbes also issued an official response to Trump as a publication, declaring, “Removed from The Forbes 400, Trump responds as he always has — by lying about his net worth and saying he should be higher on the list. BREAKING: Republican House Speaker candidate Jim Jordan is hit with devastating news as NBC News drops bombshell, reveals that “four of the former Ohio State University wrestlers who have accused Jordan of failing to protect them from a sexual predator when he was the team’s assistant coach in the 1980s and '90s said today that he has no business being the next speaker of the House.”

“Do you really want a guy in that job who chose not to stand up for his guys?” said former OSU wrestler Mike Schyck, one of the hundreds of former athletes and students who say they were sexually abused by school doctor Richard Strauss and have sued the university. “Is that the kind of character trait you want for a House speaker?”

Adding insult to injury, NBC News reports that, even if Jordan is able to become the Speaker of the House, “there’s a chance he could be deposed in one of the lawsuits.”

NBC News continues, reporting that, “Dunyasha Yetts, another former OSU wrestler who has publicly and repeatedly accused Jordan of lying about not knowing what Strauss was doing to the athletes, said the congressman’s “hypocrisy is unbelievable.”

“He doesn’t deserve to be House speaker,” Yetts said. “He still has to answer for what happened to us.”

Rocky Ratliff, a former OSU wrestler and alleged Strauss victim who is also a lawyer representing some of the plaintiffs suing the school, said Jordan “abandoned his former wrestlers in the Ohio State sexual abuse scandal and cover-up.”

BREAKING: Donald Trump's failure of a son Eric throws a pathetic hissy fit about the "smells" and appearance of the New York courtroom where his dad's massive fraud case is unfolding.

Rather than worrying about the fact that his father could see most of his financial empire wiped out by the $250 million lawsuit, Eric is complaining like the prissy spoiled rich kid he is.

"The courthouse I was in today, it's disgusting. It smells. You had cables running across all the walls. It's a disgrace and the fact that that's a representation of our legal system," said Eric.

"You see the same thing at airports. I mean, how many times do you fly through an airport and you see acoustical airport tiles that are falling down, right?" he went on.

It's worth noting that both Eric and Donald Trump Jr. have also been found liable for civil fraud in this historic suit. They've spent their whole lives emulating their vile father and now finally they're being forced to pay the price.

Somebody should tell Eric that the courtroom smells a lot better than the prison cell they're going to stick his father in.

BREAKING: New York Attorney General Letitia James brings down the hammer on her target Donald Trump seconds after stepping out of the Manhattan courthouse where his fraud trial is unfolding.

Refusing to hold back, James slammed the repeatedly indicted ex-president for constantly smearing her and the judge in this case, and said the attacks won't be enough to save him.

"Trump's comments were offensive, they were baseless," she told reporters.

"They were void of any facts and/or any evidence," she went on. "What they were, were comments that unfortunately fomented violence and comments that I would describe as race-baiting, and comments, unfortunately, that appeal to the bottom of our humanity."

"This case was brought simply because it was a case where individuals have engaged in a pattern and practice of fraud, and I will not sit idly by and allow anyone to subvert the law," she said.

The judge has already ruled on the most crucial element of the $250 million civil lawsuit and said that Trump did in fact fraud.

Now, we just wait to see how big of a defeat Trump is ultimately dealt. James has already won, it's just a matter of how big.

BREAKING: Donald Trump unleashes an unhinged rant attacking New York Attorney General Letitia James as he arrives at the courtroom today for New York’s fraud trial against him.

Trump declared, “I just arrived at the Witch Hunt Trial taking place in the very badly failing (so sadly!) State of New York, where people and companies are fleeing by the thousands. Corrupt Attorney General, Letitia James, is a big reason for this. Statute 63(12) is meant to be used for Consumer Fraud. It has never been used before on a “case” such as this, especially since I did absolutely nothing wrong. I borrowed money, paid it back, in full, and got sued, years later, with a trial RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CAMPAIGN. I am not even entitled, under any circumstances, to a JURY. This Witch Hunt cannot be allowed to continue. It is Election Interference and the start of Communism right here in America!”

Of course, Donald Trump conveniently left out the fact that the New York economy is roaring — and it’s population is continuing to boom.

He also forgot to mention that he’s not being tried “in the middle” of his campaign — the fact is that Trump himself chose to run for president even though he knew full-well that he would be running in the middle of several cases and trials — including Attorney General Letitia James’ fraud case against him and his children.

Last, but not least, he accused Letitia James of being a communist, when he is the one who goes out of his way to suck up to communist dictators such as North Korea’s Kim Jong and Russia’s Vladimir Putin — who spent decades as one of the top agents of the communist Soviet KGB.

Clearly, Trump is lashing out and projecting because he knows that Attorney General Letitia James already beat him to a pulp, and now the only thing left to determine is how many hundreds of millions in fines the Trump Organization will have to pay — or if it even will be allowed to continue to exist and operate.

Trump finally met his match in Attorney General Letitia James, so all he can do is launch delusional personal attacks against her in a desperate effort to save face with his most rabid, ignorant supporters.

The judge told Trump to his face that he ALREADY lost the case, — and then put him on notice that Every use of a false financial statements in business starts the statute of limitations running again” — and that New York Attorney General Letitia James “is not suing” Trump “on the underlying transactions, but on the financial statements that referenced them, which occurred after 2014.”
