我在 X 还是新人，但做内容不是新人。
I’m new to X, but I’m not new to creating content.

我在北京，曾是一名商业科技记者，两获中国产业经济新闻奖；在国家级报刊发表文字超过120万字，出版过两本非自费图书，两次受邀参加 TEDx 演讲。
I’m based in Beijing and am a former business and tech journalist, a two-time China Industrial News Award recipient, the author of more than 1.2 million words published in national-level newspapers and magazines, and the author of two traditionally published books; I’ve also been invited to speak at TEDx twice.

后来，我做过上市公司的投资与运营，创办过获机构投资的女性达人社区。
Later, I worked in investment and operations at a publicly listed company and founded a women’s creator community that received institutional investment.

现在，我在 X 上关注 AI 驱动的一人公司（OPC）商业模式。
Today, I focus on AI-driven one-person company (OPC) business models on X.

过去两年半，我在视频号和抖音比较轻松地发布内容，累计获得超过50万商业粉丝。
Over the past two and a half years, I’ve posted relatively casually on WeChat Channels and Douyin and gained more than 500,000 business-focused followers across the two platforms.

到了 X，似乎每一步都更难。
On X, though, every step seems harder.

这是一份我准备实践、也会持续复盘的「X 新人90天起号清单」，分享给大家，也希望得到建议和监督：
Here’s my “90-Day Growth Checklist for X Newcomers”—a plan I’m going to test and review as I go. I’m sharing it in the hope of getting your advice and feedback:

一、选一个核心领域，持续给出清晰信号
Choose a core topic and keep sending a clear signal

可以有很多兴趣，但主页需要一条清晰的主线：AI 时代超级个体关注的一切。
You can have many interests, but your profile needs a clear through line: the things that matter to one-person businesses in the AI era.

个人故事、生活观察都能成为内容，只要它们最终能和你的核心领域连起来。
Personal stories and observations from daily life can become content, as long as they connect back to your core topic.

二、专业内容要有判断，也要有人
Bring both expertise and personality to your professional content

把我的判断、经历和理由讲出来：
I want to share my judgment, experiences, and reasoning:

我为什么这么看？
Why do I see it this way?

我亲历过什么？
What have I experienced firsthand?

这个问题和读者有什么关系？
What does this issue have to do with the reader?

希望能留下我的观察方式，当然，我其实常常会有独特而有趣的视角。
I hope readers come away with a sense of how I observe the world—and I do often have a distinctive, interesting perspective.

三、我是真人，也要多分享在地工作和生活
I’m a real person, so I should share more about my work and life on the ground

我在北京，在清华，在原点社区，也在中国 AI 的腹地和核心。
I’m in Beijing, at Tsinghua and the Yuandian community, and close to the heart of China’s AI scene.

我听到了什么、看到了什么、感受到了什么，其他人可能也会想知道。
What I hear, see, and experience may be of interest to others, too.

四、稳定更新
Post consistently

每天发布 1—3 条原创内容，并用 AI 翻译成中英文。
Publish one to three original posts a day, and use AI to translate them into Chinese and English.

五、让内容值得读完，也值得转发
Make your content worth reading to the end—and sharing

配图和原生短视频可以帮助表达，但不能替代内容本身。
Images and native short videos can help communicate an idea, but they can’t replace substance.

读者愿不愿意停下来，最终还是看这条内容有没有用、有没有新意。
Whether readers stop to look ultimately depends on whether the post is useful and original.

需要放外链时，先让正文独立成立，再决定把链接放在正文还是回复里。
When I need to include an external link, I’ll make sure the post stands on its own first, then decide whether to put the link in the post or in a reply.

别把“外链一定降推荐”当成已证实的铁律，最好结合自己账号的数据观察。
I won’t treat “external links always reduce reach” as a proven rule; it’s better to check my own account data.

六、和大 V 的互动很重要
Engaging with influential accounts matters

找与我目标读者重合的活跃账号，认真回复有价值的帖子。
I’ll look for active accounts whose audiences overlap with the people I want to reach, and reply thoughtfully to worthwhile posts.

可以先尝试每天回复 10 条左右，看看哪些话题能带来有效交流。
I can start by trying to write around 10 replies a day and see which topics lead to meaningful conversations.

这个数字是练习目标，不是平台规则。
That number is a practice goal, not a platform rule.

回复里尽量补充观点、案例、数据或有诚意的问题。
In my replies, I’ll try to add a perspective, example, data point, or thoughtful question.

对方回复我时，如果有内容可聊，就继续把对话接下去。
When someone replies to me, I’ll continue the conversation if there’s something useful to discuss.

高质量交流有助于别人认识我。
Meaningful exchanges can help people get to know me.
