ANYONE have IRS contacts regarding nonprofit organization? Our animal rescue NOT listed on Pub 78 as it should be, data entry error, can't join Amazon Smile and others. Written letters, called & waited on hold for hours. Trying since June and I'm desperate.

@FirstMerchants what is going on with your app? It's getting ridiculous to have to re-enroll when I want to check my balance or move funds. This is been an issue for about 9 months now, and I've spoken with other customers who have the same issue. Please escalate and fix!

@jconline there is a huge issue with canceling your paper. One neighbor is considerimg legal action as you keep charging card after months of cancelation requests. Is there someone to contact directly to fix? Very long discussion on Nextdoor app where dozens of cases like this
