I purchased the cooler for my 12yrs Labrador from Jahangirpura, Surat Croma store, his physical condition is bad & has to stay in cool atmosphere but frm last 12 days he is suffering just because of negligence of Croma . Who should I say is responsible ? @cromaretail @_WiseRoy_

@cromaretail @_WiseRoy_ croma customer support is just doing time pass, showing useless excuses but no one is solving the problem. I need the original motor of the cooler I purchased. @_WiseRoy_ . Croma customer support is very bad with no proper response.

I have purchased a dessert cooler on 10th March 2025 from Croma Store, Order ID : S0A685368745903 which has 1 year warranty of the motors and within a month on 10th April it's water motor stopped functioning. I raised a complaint on 10th April @cromaretail @_WiseRoy_ .

Again the journey of croma customer support started for getting original motor and every time our complaints are getting closed without informing. After a long fight with Croma customer support yet the motor matter is not solved. @cromaretail @_WiseRoy_ .

@cromaretail I have purchased a dessert cooler from Croma store, Surat, Gujrat. In the warranty period cooler's water motor stopped. I raised a complaint on 10th April and till then to today 22nd April I recieved a duplicate motor from Croma saying this is given by croma.
