@Dis_PPL_Protest Yes! My care charges went up by £100 per week and Council Tax increased yet I had same income. I appealed care charges and they were reduced although I can't fathom how they calculated either care charge amount! Queried the council tax and got nowhere.

@Matt_Pinner Yes, I'be had arthritis in my hands since a child and after a few disastrous attempts at using mascara etc I decided it was safer not to wear it...plus I'd rather have the extra time asleep in bed ☺️
