@bookingcom further to my previous post, I’d like to thank you for your quick response and refunding the money for the cancelled Villa (double booking). And supporting my son and his friends in finding new accommodation. Excellent customer service.

@bookingcom my son has just had his villa cancelled, 9 days before his first holiday abroad with friends!! They now need to book something else but your policy of not refunding the money immediately is affecting their choices at such due to affordability at short notice.
