When you pay for service, within that payment there are supposed to be set-asides for future contingency and growth to maintain consistent service levels. That means increasing capacity. What are we paying for if they can't maintain it and grow it to support increased need? If I set my AC cooler, I pay more for the increased KWh. If the grid can't sustain it, then the power distribution companies and the government have failed.

Why didn't you ask your President Autopen about his cognitive abilities? Investigations by the Oversight Project found that 87% of autopen-signed executive orders in 2022 and 75% in 2023 occurred on days Biden was in the capital, contradicting the traditional use of the machine only during travel.

The autopen was first used for a clemency warrant on June 13, 2022, and for an executive order on July 15, 2022, after which its use expanded significantly regardless of the President's location.

In his final 20 days in office, 78% of executive orders were signed via autopen, with investigators noting instances where Biden was in Washington conducting holiday visits while orders were mechanically executed.

If I default on my car loan, I lose my car.
If I default on my mortgage, I lose my home.
If I don't pay my bills, my utilities are shut off.
If I default on any legal debt my creditors can and will seize my assets, including garnishment of wages, to recover what I legally owe them (and probably additional penalties).

If someone defaults on a student loan, they have the same obligations and potential penalties.

This is a legal and ethical issue, not a moral one.
