Canadians deserve to know how building code changes affect the price of a home.
My Housing Cost Transparency Act would require the system to Show Its work: the cost per home, who pays, the expected benefit, and the cumulative impact.
It’s time to get activists and special interests out of the way and put affordability, transparency, and Canadian homebuyers first.

Today, I introduced my private member’s bill, the Housing Cost Transparency Act.
Canada is in a housing crisis. Building code changes can pile thousands of dollars onto the cost of a new home, and Canadians deserve to know what they are paying for.
It is time for the system to Show Its Work.

There is no better place in Canada for young people to start a business than right here in Saskatchewan. This bursary is supporting young business owners as they grow their ventures and contribute to their local economies and communities.
Pierre Poilievre will be speaking at a Canada Strong and Free Network event in Ottawa next week alongside US Ambassador Pete Hoekstra, Trump's former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith.
Saskatchewan is world‑class, its people, its resources, and its industries.
I was proud to join the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce at their 4th Annual Food, Fuel, & Fertilizer Global Summit to talk about Shaping Canada’s economic future.
From food, fuel, and fertilizer to critical minerals, Saskatchewan delivers what the world needs—reliably and responsibly—as a secure and trusted global partner. Our vibrant industries don’t just power our provincial economy; they are essential to global stability and growth.
Even in uncertain global times, our province continues to grow, create opportunity, and build strong relationships with industry and partners around the world.
As Cameco CEO Tim Gitzel put it: “The sun is shining on this province today, and it’s going to shine on us for decades to come.”
🚨BREAKING NEWS
In a major win for civil liberties, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court quashed the province’s 2025 “travel ban” on entering the woods, ruling that the government acted unreasonably and failed to properly consider Charter rights.

Liberal Majority = Majority at Committees!
This will preclude Conservatives from pushing back against bad Liberal Bills.

To the next generation: speak up and stand up for what you believe.
More and more young Canadians are rejecting left wing politics that try to tell them what to think. They want the freedom to think for themselves, build a future, and actually get ahead.
They are tired of rising costs, out of reach housing, and a system that is not working for them.
In Alberta, we are fixing that with lower taxes, less government, more homes, and stronger job opportunities.
I was proud to share that message with a great group of young people at the Campus Conservative Association of Calgary.
Premier Danielle Smith gives a STELLAR speech at the Conservative Convention here in Calgary.
