@hkm__@dash8x How about fill the tank before entering highway? There are petrol sheds on each end. People need to be more responsible then this. Parking stranded vehicles on highway and endangering others lives
Politicians should always stick to the truth and the whole truth. Today's Maldivians are far more educated, informed, and connected than they were a decade ago. The public can no longer be misled by half-truths, selective facts, or carefully twisted narratives.
Any short-term political gain achieved through misleading information is rarely worth the long-term damage to credibility, trust, and public confidence. Once trust is lost, it is far harder to regain than any temporary advantage is worth.
Islamic Affairs Minister Dr Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed son Abdulla Maahil Shaheem has been fined more than MVR 1 million after being caught with a large quantity of vape products at Velana International Airport.

This is unacceptable, @anedhivehirajje!
Why the hell is a paedophile sitting in MDP’s legal team?
This is the same Shaan Muizzu appointed as Deputy Minister in 2024, then had to remove in disgrace.
In Oct 2017, he was caught red handed in a Thinadhu guesthouse with a 16 year old girl. Police found his DNA on her chest, semen in her vaginal area and presented 6 witnesses. Yet he was released on a pathetic technicality, as usual in Maldivian courts. How low will MDP sink? Clean this filth up now!
The Malé-HM highway is becoming more and more dangerous each day.
There are two-wheelers parked and left on the left lane.
The high should have a means and 24/7 monitoring to two vehicles that are in distress so they don’t leave it on a lane.
The organization of such safety measures here are abysmally poor not becoz we don’t have the capacity for it but there is no will whatsoever.
Under which council (@MaleCitymv or @hdcmaldives) purview and jurisdiction does this fall?
Is there no Male city MP who is concerned about the safety, at least the bare minimum we can do in a congested city?
@mohamedfiraq At that stage, there may be very little time left to resell those seats, especially on routes with limited demand. Who will bare the cost of operation ? What can be done in this situation ?
@mohamedfiraq Consider a flight with 250 seats where 230 seats have already been sold. If, shortly before departure, half of those passengers decide to change their travel dates, the airline would suddenly have around 115 empty seats.
