• Leave the European Court on Human Rights
• Deport any illegal entrant to another country as a deterrent

I also might suggest we:

• Update the 1952 UN Refugee Convention to demand asylum be sought in the continent of origin -- or else we leave it
• Refuse to give asylum to anyone who illegally enters the country
• Place visa restrictions and economic sanctions on any country who is unwilling to repatriate its criminal foreign nationals
• Withdraw any and all benefits, social housing, and subsidised healthcare for foreign nationals who cannot pay their own way

John Cleese, 86, is being targeted by activist group Deenified as he tours England with his Holy Grail stage show. The group has accused him on X of "using your platform to attack Islam" and "spreading dangerous misinformation," with one activist calling free speech "a convenient shield for anti-Muslim hostility."

Cleese rejects the Islamophobe label entirely, calling himself "Islamosceptic," and has pointed out nobody ever called him "Christophobic" after Life of Brian. Islamic outlet 5Pillars has gone further still, explicitly demanding he be de-platformed.

Rupert Lowe has already called this what it is: a pressure group trying to bully an 86-year-old man into silence over jokes and honest opinions. He's right, and he's right to tell Restore Britain to back Cleese publicly.

These people don't want dialogue. They want submission. Every time someone caves to this kind of pressure, it teaches them the tactic works, and they come back harder next time for the next target. Cleese is refusing to bow, and every single person who values the right to criticise a religion without getting hounded for it should be standing directly behind him.

Protect @JohnCleese, at all costs.

Died for standing against Sharia.

Mahmoud Mohammed Taha was a Sudanese Muslim thinker who watched Sharia being imposed on his country, and refused to accept it.

His argument was radical: Islam has two messages.

Mecca: peace, coexistence, freedom of belief, a message for every age.

Medina: Sharia, jihad, hudud, a legal order suited to the seventh century, not the twentieth.

He rejected coercive jihad. He rejected forced faith. He rejected apostasy laws, amputation, and traditional Islamic criminal punishments. He built a group called “the Republican Brothers” around this vision.

Sudan did not debate him and defeat his argument. It hanged him. January 18, 1985.

He had been convicted of apostasy after publicly opposing the government’s implementation of Sharia.

The brutal irony is impossible to miss: Taha challenged sharia and was killed under sharia rule.

He stood against Sharia and paid with his life.

Stand against sharia while you still have the freedom to do it.

Esto no es una escena de película. Esto es el 7 de octubre.

Yagil tenía solo 12 años, y su hermano Or, 16, cuando fueron secuestrados de su hogar en Nir Oz. Aterrorizados, llamaron a su madre y susurraron que oían voces hablando en árabe y que habían derribado la puerta de su casa.

Ella aún podía escuchar a su hijo menor, Yagil, suplicando: "No me lleven. Soy demasiado joven".

Yagil permaneció en cautiverio totalmente solo y fue torturado mientras estaba secuestrado. Hasta el último día de su cautiverio, creyó que su hermano Or había sido asesinado. Luego, justo antes de su liberación, los dos hermanos se reencontraron.

Su padre, Yair, también fue secuestrado de su hogar en el kibutz, junto con su pareja, Merav. Todo el secuestro fue grabado por los terroristas. Yair fue brutalmente asesinado durante el secuestro, y el linchamiento que sufrió también quedó registrado en video. En las imágenes se puede ver a un niño de tres años participando, mientras su padre le dice que patee a Yair, y el niño lo hace.

Tras 52 días de cautiverio, Yagil, Or y Merav fueron liberados como parte de un acuerdo de rehenes. El cuerpo de Yair permaneció retenido en Gaza durante 614 días antes de ser recuperado en una operación militar.

Solo hay una verdad.
