ผลจากการประชุมรัฐสภาวันนี้ คงได้เห็นความสำคัญของตำแหน่งประธานรัฐสภาในช่วงเวลาที่มาตรา 272 ยังคงอยู่กันแล้ว

ผลการลงมติวันนี้ ไม่เพียงกระทบต่อการเลือกพิธาในรอบที่ 2 แต่ยังกระทบไปถึงการลงมติครั้งหน้าในการเสนอชื่อแคนดิเดตจาก พท ด้วย

ต่อไปนี้ สว.และ พันธมิตรสามพรรค “ภจท/พปชร/ภจท” มีอำนาจต่อรองกับ พท ว่า หากครั้งหน้า เสนอชื่อแคนดิเดตจากพรรค พท มาโดยที่ยังยึด “8 พรรค” และมี กก อยู่ พวกเขาก็จะไม่ลงคะแนนให้แคนดิเดตจาก พท ทำให้ พท และพันธมิตร “8 พรรค” อาจไม่กล้าเสี่ยงในการแบก กก ไว้อีกต่อไป เพราะ หากเสนอแล้วไม่ผ่าน ก็อาจเป็นญัตติซ้ำ หรือจะเปลี่ยนเป็นคนอื่นจาก พท อีก หากพวกเขารวมหัวกันคว่ำอ��ก ก็จะกลายเป็นญัตติซ้ำไปเรื่อยๆ จนแคนดิเดตหมดสต๊อก

หากเป็นเช่นนั้น “ประตู” ของ “ภจท/พปชร/รทสช” ก็เปิดกว้างขึ้น

หากปดิพัทธ์ เป็นประธานรัฐสภา วันนี้ ผมมั่นใจว่า เขาจะกล้าใช้อำนาจประธานยืนยันว่า การเสนอชื่อนายกฯ ไม่ใช่ ญัตติ หรือต่อให้ลากไปเป็นญัตติซ้ำ แต่ก็มีข้อยกเว้นในข้อ 41 ตอนท้ายว่า “เหตุการณ์เปลี่ยนแปลงไป” ทำให้เสนอซ้ำได้
