As long as no violence is committed, govt shdnt penalise - these are kids. Its in their mien to make mistakes. Violence or association w/violence is where the line shd be drawn..
A KGB agent shared golden words about leftists... Disruption is the only agenda of a leftist. They can disrupt any system with their ideological and moralistic abominations about the established order. If they win, they fail. They are not bothered about sustenance or continuity.
Pretty interesting earnings this far. With about 20% of the companies having reported , it's alike median eps growth of over 18%, which is shockingly high for what was supposed to be a bad quarter.
Protest hijacking is a common pattern. I was in the Gulf when the Arab Spring began. Arab scholars, especially those from Saudi Arabia, repeatedly warned that protests can be hijacked the moment people take to the streets. They urged the youth to stay away from such movements, citing how similar patterns had unfolded in Syria and Libya.
Now, even those who support the student protestors in India, are saying the same thing: that the protests have been hijacked by sword-brandishing goons. Also, shame on those who incite such protests from the comfort of their cozy rooms, while others bear the consequences.
13 people have already been held accountable and arrested in connection with the NEET paper leak. A re-exam was conducted. Students appeared for it. The winners have been declared and are now waiting for admissions.
So what’s all this fuss about? “Dharmendra Pradhan should resign.”
Will it stop there? No. Next, they’ll demand that Home Minister Amit Shah resign, followed by Prime Minister Modi. Eventually, the target is regime change.
But why now? Because the Indian Parliament’s Monsoon Session is prioritizing the Foreign Funding Regulation Bill, which has upset certain NGOs and their middlemen.
If you can’t understand the complexities of geopolitics, at least don’t become a pawn in someone else’s game.
This is complete and utter nonsense. Nobody will stand for this. Punish these goons immediately. We cannot allow violent anarchists to take over the streets of Delhi.
This is not about NEET.
The reason why India has survived is 3 folds:
1. When Sovereignty is at danger, hell breaks loose
2. India is too heterogeneous- No one in WB, BH, UP, MH care about such things
3. India’s most populous states aren’t eh richest. Richest states drive the economy while the populous states drive the politics. They balance the power against each other
If TN and MH had the same voting power as UP, BH, WB, a proper civil war would have happened. If UP, BH, and WB had the same economic strength as TN, MH, they would have rolled over the states.
Buy that car even if you have to slow down that SIP. Money's objective is to be spent to make your life better...corpus baad mein bhi banega, baarish aaj hai.
Whenever Deep State activates its regime change plots be it Shaheen Bagh, Kisan Andolan & now this i will always stand behind state. We may criticise our government on policy matters in four walls like a family but will never aid foreign mercenary plot against elected government of India.
FII holdings from peak of 21-22% has fallen to 14.7% now .. constant increase in taxes, STT and retrospective tax changes creating uncertainty have led to such massive exodus.
Biggest self goal nullifying so many good reforms… at a time when we need long term risk capital!
Well Done Richa mentioning IB Reports of 2014 & 15 what i quoted on my Time Line today as well. Have documented it in my books on #NitiShastra as well
India can return to 8–9% real GDP growth.
For that, structural reforms that lower the cost of doing business and the cost of financing are necessary. Specifically, judicial, bureaucratic and reforms to reform all the factors of production (land, labour, capital, energy) are key.

Skyroot’s real test isn’t reaching orbit .. it’s the unit economics of getting there repeatedly. At $2-3M cost and $5M revenue per Vikram launch, gross margin looks healthy on paper (40-50%), but that’s before accounting for the capex burn of scaling cadence from quarterly to monthly.
Do the math at full run-rate: 12 launches/year × $5M is $60M in annual launch revenue. That’s still roughly a third of what Rocket Lab now pulls from launches alone .. and Rocket Lab has already diversified so that launches are only a third of its total revenue, with satellite manufacturing, components and mission services making up the rest.
So the real strategic question for Skyroot isn’t can they hit monthly cadence .. it’s whether they can replicate Rocket Lab’s pivot into a services/manufacturing annuity before the launch only model hits its ceiling. That pivot is capital intensive, and Skyroot’s $60M raise looks thin next to Rocket Lab’s $400M+ Neutron spend.
Launch cadence gets headlines; the services mix is what actually re rates the business.
Sorry guys investing is not at all easy.
This chart is a great example of “Market discounting the future”
As Stanley druckenmiller said “Never, ever invest in the present. You always have to sort of imagine the world the way it's going to be in 18 to 24 months as opposed to now."
This is why understanding macro environment matters in investing… best investors are the ones who can visualise down the line because today, you are buying a promise in the form of higher P/E multiple not supported by earnings or collapsing P/E multiple ( value trap) although today”s earnings are superb.
