@BehrouzBiryani I ordered Kalimirch Paneer Biryani (Veg), but your platform delivered Chicken Biryani. This is not a routine delivery error. Delivering non-vegetarian food against an explicitly placed vegetarian order is a serious failure of service.

@BehrouzBiryani @RandomOpinionY This has become an hobby for @BehrouzBiryani they did the same with me as well. Seems like they are doing this intentionally. Seen many similar cases recently, In my case also no action taken yet only fake promises of internal investigation.
