#HMSPinafore …set at a railway station?!⛴️🚂
It is 1944...ish and a troupe of players are at a station trying to get to their next venue. All trains are cancelled so they perform on the platform. Some 1940s tunes, farcical situations and of course, plenty of Union Jacks!
First review for Pirates of Penzance is in! All cast and crew involved are delighted and grateful that those at Winchester Today enjoyed it so much.
“(…) highly polished and entertaining show set in the most idyllic surroundings.”

Thank you to all those who have auditioned for Pirates so far. Such talent and positivity displayed, even online! We would love more gentlemen to come and audition to be involved.

@festunderstars These short films are stunning. Capturing the silliness, the majesty, the sweat of UTSF. Brilliant work editors. Highlights for us yesterday were the Doonicans, the tennis street theatre, and multigenerational jumping with Cut Capers. Oh, and the halloumi of course. 🌸
Big news! The information evening for Jekyll and Hyde is tomorrow night! It’ll be at United Church, Jewry St, Winchester at 19:30. We’d love to see lots of familiar and new faces as we get to tell you all about this fantastic production plus it’s upcoming workshops and auditions!
Starting TODAY and running through to Saturday we have @WinchMOS on our stage with an uplifting musical treat: Made in Dagenham. Good luck to everyone involved and have a brilliant run! #musicaltheatre#winchester https://t.co/MIt3GjQPi9
