@Erin_Christy Does make you wonder if either of them really recall what started this “bad blood” between them. My money is on it being about some guy that neither of them even cares about anymore. (Sigh.)
Beware: the @united app now has a sneaky online request for you to change your flight to one that’s less booked, and makes it look like a regular check in when it’s a total flight change. I accidentally hit “confirmed” and was placed on two later flights and then spent an hour having to reschedule to my original flights.
▪️Privatizing Medicaid in Oklahoma has increased overhead costs from 4% to 15% & adds another layer of bureaucracy.
▪️Oklahoma tried this in the 90’s & it failed miserably.
▪️This is a Groundhog Day where we repeat the mistakes of our past.
However you've lined up politically in the past, if you're worried about where our country is headed, you belong in this conversation.
Here are my full opening remarks from last night in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thankful to the people of Oklahoma for such a warm welcome back.
I can’t stop thinking about what it means to be a nation of laws and a nation of care.
When children are held in detention—separated from comfort and familiarity—something in our collective conscience should ache.
And when anyone dies in the course of immigration enforcement, something deeper fractures: the basic promise that people matter more than process.
This isn’t about left or right. It’s about dignity. It’s about due process. It’s about the moral muscles a democracy must keep strong: empathy, restraint, accountability, and the capacity to see a human being before we see a category.
We can debate borders and policy. But our humanity is not negotiable. A country that prioritizes its people first protects families, safeguards children, and insists that every life is treated as worthy.
So pathetic. Such a lonely, desperate cry for acceptance. A craving not even his family can satisfy—he has to appropriate another family’s legacy.

@Erin_Christy This story, from start to finish, is wild. Here we are 27 years later and it’s still so messy. Ashley Nix is one of the experts on a panel from the Panic Button podcast a couple of years ago. When did she purchase the house?
The first description the Lord God gave of himself in the divine disclosure of Exodus 34:6 was “compassionate.” Our capacity for compassion comes from being created in the image of God. It is not meant to be politicized, exploited, mocked, sold or regarded as weakness. Guard it.
@RyanWalters_ This Christian is beyond thrilled that we’re moving away from that in Oklahoma. We’ll read that foundational document at home and in church. And people will know us by the fruit of the spirit. Maybe put some thought into what you’re putting out into the world these days.
@JDVance Not fake. And your constituents have a right to real answers on any topic of our choosing. You don’t get to dictate what is important in any given moment. Also - release the Epstein files.
