@AmericanAir I've tried several times to get a response from you via customer service with no luck. You left me stranded in Newark last Sunday and aren't reimbursing me on a ticket I had to purchase with another airline to get home for work on Monday. What gives?
@AmericanAir If they responded to just ONE of my emails I wouldn’t have to follow up. Do you have so many complaints that it takes over a week to respond?

@chachatotheleft@AmericanAir Just do you know @AmericanAir will never get back to you. My flight was delayed twice then canceled. And I had to buy a ticket from another airline to get home for my job on Monday. I’ve sent several emails and posted on social and have yet to hear back on a resolution.
@AmericanAir Instead of reimbursing me for the one way ticket that was nearly $600 through United, your customer service wants to give me 2,500 miles (that equates to about $30). Not acceptable. Your communication and processes are broken.
