I talked to a restauranteur in Northern NV this week. Asked him if he would take my beef directly. He said he was precluded by the two monopolist food distributors US Foods and Sysco from getting meat from other sources or they would charge them more for all of their other food supplies. It is not just the Big Four meat processors, it is the Big Two distribution firms too. Ranchers don’t directly see this nor do consumers. @SecretaryBurgum @SecRollins @realDonaldTrump
