Service is out since Wednesday 5 PM and is completely unavailable Sunday morning.

I’ve contacted Frontier repeatedly. So far, I’m getting the same generic response that the outage is being worked on

Ticket #7645626 was opened. Frontier scheduled a technician for Fri, Aug 21, 1–5 PM, then RESCHEDULED the appointment.

I still have no service, no explanation of the outage, and no restoration ETA.
