O dia de folga:

I think people underestimate how tired you can be from just having too much on your mind! Not even physically tired! Just tired of remembering things, handling things, thinking ahead, fixing stuff, making decisions, being needed, tryna stay afloat etc. That's just a lot for real.

Honestly, apologies are pointless to me now. Just change your ways or get tf out of my way.

Keep your problems smaller than your life. A flat tire is a flat tire. A bad meeting is a bad meeting. A canceled flight is just an extra two hours. These things become catastrophes when you let them. But they stay manageable when you remember the depth of your real life- the people you love, the work you care about, the beautiful years still ahead. Zoom out. Fit your reaction to the size of the problem.

I’ve gone through a lot, but I’m so grateful for my stable job and home. God has been so good to me. I couldn’t be more proud of myself. I DID THAT! 🙏
