Attnding the @TheIET /@bcs#TuringTalk 2022. These events are always interesting and a fascinating insight into current and future application of cutting edge technology and it's application.
@TheIET@bcs Headline speaker:
Prof. Julie A. McCann, Professor of Computer Systems, Department of Computing - Imperial College London, South Kensington Campus, London -
@TheIET@bcs For the network challenge, Prof. Julie A. McCann talks about doing analysis and extraction of combined signals, to clear the noise and expose the target data
@TheIET@bcs Prof. Julie A. McCann is talking about how to power there distributed sensors. One method to consider is via using ambient energy in the environment, wifi energy.
@TheIET@bcs The techniques for improving reliability is though math equations to count successful and failed packets and identify the which data can be best trusted
@TheIET@bcs The way to manage the need to have a distributed network of devices is to use multi hopping which will count the problem with direct line of sight data transport
