Wat een faal @NS_online. Ik kan door een storing bij jullie gaan flexabonnement afsluiten en met korting reizen, er wordt mij aangeraden dan maar een nieuwe ov kaart te bestellen en jullie zouden mij compenseren voor de dagen zonder kaart...

en nu krijg ik te horen dat jullie dat maar voor 3 ipv 7 dagen gaan doen? En dat dit al heel coulant van jullie is?! Als ik door jullie fout moet wachten op een kaart, lijkt dit me geen coulance, maar te weinig compensatie...
