The lovely front desk agent requested a refund of our points for the inconvenience but this was denied by the manager. I understand the 21 day policy but since we used points we would HAVE to book another Hyatt stay and still patronize your business.

were multiple room types available on their website. They changed us to a room that was right next to the pool with no privacy so we decided to just book a new resort completely. We did not stay more than 1.5 hours at the Andaz.

@BestBuy @BestBuySupport since when did buying an open box mean you cannot even power on the device? I drove 1 hour from my home to buy an open box camera that has been sold out for weeks. When I picked it up the camera had no battery. How can I even test if it works?
