@OfficialPLT ordered some shoes for my daughter’s birthday over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. This is poor and I am expected to wait another 10 days to make a claim. Sorry but that isn’t on. Can anyone help me at all please
@SalfordCouncil We have been trying to get through for days it just loops and you are unable to answer so no help with the phone number and we are at work all week so we can’t come down - what are we meant to do - online form is a joke

@TheAA_UK The only person that was sorry was the recovery driver who came after 4 and a half hours all the others that I spoke to showed no empathy at all - I am truly outraged at how much I was fobbed off as well
@TheAA_UK been waiting for over 2 hours now for roadside assistance with a child in the car. Told them feeling unsafe , need HELP now currently waiting on a call someone to answer been over 20 minutes

@TeamKnowhowUK I have spoken to the technical team 6 times and this morning too. They have booked computer in again for the third time after having been sent out twice and on one occasion handed back soaking wet. How can I ensure it will be repaired wasting my time as well as yours !
@curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK just received my laptop back from repair for the 2nd time and screen still broken . Paid £110 for screen repair, have car plan and laptop still under warranty. Can you sort ASAP as you’re wasting your time as well as mine
