Conc. - There are ups and downs to the update. On one hand, since the base fees are burned, supply becomes scarce and the demand for ETH may increase. On the other hand, due to elastic block size, the network can be overloaded.

I guess we all have to wait till July to find out.

2. Block size - This update will make Ethereum blocks dynamic or elastic, meaning the total number of transactions can increase or decrease depending on the demand of the network.
