@nykaacares You have no other answer besides this. How many times am I supposed to reply to a message? My return has been cancelled repeatedly! All in all, it was cancelled five times.

Extremely disappointed with @Nykaa. I ordered denim jeans but received the wrong product. I raised a replacement request the same day, shared proof, yet it was rejected and I was told the correct product was delivered. Poor service and no accountability. #Nykaa#CustomerService
