@Nykaa has been harassing me instead of resolving an issue they created by delivering the wrong product. Endless calls, repeated explanations, and no refund. This has caused me immense mental stress. I will be filing a consumer complaint.#Nykaa #customerService

Extremely disappointed with @Nykaa. I ordered denim jeans but received the wrong product. I raised a replacement request the same day, shared proof, yet it was rejected and I was told the correct product was delivered. Poor service and no accountability. #Nykaa #CustomerService
