@pulte Just got CA update. It’s looking mostly likely that Fannie is going to require us to have 200% of the premium as a holdback and also require us to get the insurance within x amount of days (maybe 180 days). This is for A&B which is nearly impossible to obtain in CA

@pulte Don’t lose sight on the egregious insurance requirements for Fannie Mae Multifamily loans. It’s going to negatively impact affordable rental housing including mobile home parks.

@pulte Hopefully you will see your way to relax the ins requirements for Multifamily and MHP loans. The requirements for excess flood and A&B are impossible to obtain at reasonable rates. These requirements will ultimately lead to higher rents which must be contrary to your objectives.
