Southcott Village Residents Association FC - Wharfside Electrical Milton Keynes Sunday Football League Premier Division 🏆 Division 2 Winners 23/24 #SVRAFC
Back with 3 🍒
After a long break due to waterlogged pitches and a lack of scheduled games, the lads delivered an excellent performance this morning. Even without a management team and a few late dropouts, the boys put on a brilliant display to secure all three points.
Back with a Bang 💥
After a 3 week break from league action the lads put on a dominate display with a 6-0 win over OB city. Comfortably our best performance of the season we were at it from minute 1.
Up the Cott💚
A game of 2 half’s💨
Through to the next round of the league cup after a good 2-1 win vs Inter MK. In a game of 2 half’s in a Sunday league classic with the wind causing havoc we dominated the first with the wind behind us and were unlucky to not be more than 2 up.
Unbeaten run ends💔
Unfortunately a really poor performance today saw us lose 1-6 to St John’s, after a bright start we conceded 3 quick goals from set pieces and never recovered from that. A game we could of played for another 90 minutes and wouldn’t of even tested there keeper
Unbeaten start continues💪🏻
After going into the break 1 up we switched off for the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half allowing Nags head to get back in the game and in front. After we had a dubious off side goal ruled out with 5 minutes left we managed to equialise 2 minutes later
After beating them in the first game of the season, we already host last years league and league cup winners again! Can we keep our 100% record?
Up the cott💚
🌲More points!
A game we made much harder for ourselves with some poor defending and finishing but managed to get over the line after Jonnie’s winner with 15 left to maintain our 100% record to the start of the season.
UP THE COTT💚
After facing last years league champions in the first game, today didn’t get any easier for us as we faced Smith Skips (formally Steven Eagall) who finished 2nd.
After going 1-0 down the lads fought back in the 2nd half with an outstanding performance to win 2-1.
WHAT A START👊🏻
Starts don’t come tougher for our first game in the Prem after promotion last season than last years league and league cup winners Nags Head.
An unbelievably resilient performance from the boys saw us win 2-0 even after being down to 10 men for the last 20 mins💚
