Former Spring-Ford wrestling standout Louis Carbajal died this afternoon from injuries sustained in a car crash last Monday, the SF wrestling team announced on Facebook. Carbajal was a PIAA medalist last winter.

The Penn-Delco School District is assessing the newly released guidelines on returning to play for our teams. At this point, we are working on our required “Athletics Health and Safety Plan.” Once approved, more info will follow on how we can safely move forward. Stay tuned...

Last but not least, wishing a happy Senior Day to @SunValleyTennis. 4 years ago, they barely had enough boys to field a team. Now, with the leadership of this senior class, over 30 boys make up the SV Boys Tennis team. Seniors, Thanks for all you have done for SV, enjoy your day!
