100 has released a response regarding Haknyeon's statement

According to this statement, they said they express regret regarding the false claims made by haknyeon. They have temporarily decided to suspend activities of the team as they recognize that this incident can cause damage to them.

They assessed the situation and made sure that haknyeon was aware that the incident was grounds for termination of the contract according to Article 6, Section 3 which states "acts that damage the dignity of the public cultural artist to the extent that may interfere with their activities in entertainment" and so they proceeded with decision to do so accordingly. They stated that this was a justified and reasonable action based on the terms outlined in the exclusive contact, thus the termination.

They say that the essence of this incident lies in haknyeon's evasion of responsibility and his repeated distorted claims. They said that if these continue, they will take all possible legal measures to protect their artists and company, they said they will submit all relevant materials and evidence to the authorities.

They said after this statement is released, they will not issue any more responses regarding haknyeon's false claims.

They also state that the boyz's activities, excluding haknyeon, will proceed as planned and they will do their best to protect the honor and rights of the members.
